   I ordered the Bamboo Fountain pen for my wife as a Valentine's Day present. She loves it. It fits her hand and writes as soon as placed on the paper. It does not scratch or skip on the paper. On the other hand, I am impressed with Dryden Design's customer service. The order was filled quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Additionally, Michael Dryden, the owner, and CEO reached out to his customer (me) to tell me the gift was on its way. He also emailed to ask if it was what I wanted. I felt that Michael was on top of the process and was engaging in extraordinary customer service.

   The pen works perfectly, and writes smoothly.The bamboo is attractive, and looks professional. No problems with leaks, irregular ink flow, etc. I'm very happy. For the price I wasn't sure what I would get, but it performs as well as fountain pens that cost a great deal more.

   I purchased the Bamboo Pen and Ordered these cartridges for it. Both the pen and Ink glide like silk on paper. No need to press. No scritchy catches even on loose fiber papers. I will 100% be purchasing these items again. Easy to use No mess!

   I was frustrated with the amount waste associated with conventional ballpoint and gel pens (all that plastic going to the landfills), and decided to try a refillable fountain pen instead. I selected the Dryden rosewood pen, and have been delighted with the purchase! The pen is very pretty and comes in a nice wooden case. It writes smoothly, feels good in my hand (I have a small hand and the fit is perfect), and it fills very easily. I was so happy with it, that I bought a second one to use at work!

   I've waited to write this review until I had run several cartridges of ink through this lovely fountain pen. It comes in a beautiful gift box if that is your intent but I bought it for my personal use. A fountain pen is a personal totem, it speaks to you and becomes part of you and goes everywhere with you This pen is not expensive but it is valuable and a great value. This one is now a constant companion.

   First I would like to thank the CEO micheal for reaching out to his customer to ensure our satisfaction as a customer and that meant a lot THE DRYDEN PEN IS BEAUTIFUL AND IT FEELS HEAVY ABD VERY HIGH QUALITY and because th S is my first time using fountain pen and made a mistake by not knowing how to change the cartridge and have the white part now stuck in the cap so I cannot attach the cap to the pen body because of that and micheal offered to send me another one free of charge and this kind of service brought chill to my body because the level of the great customer that this company provided and I am percent satisfied customer and will buy again and again and I am a customer not just a promoter
