   First I would like to thank the CEO micheal for reaching out to his customer to ensure our satisfaction as a customer and that meant a lot THE DRYDEN PEN IS BEAUTIFUL AND IT FEELS HEAVY ABD VERY HIGH QUALITY and because th S is my first time using fountain pen and made a mistake by not knowing how to change the cartridge and have the white part now stuck in the cap so I cannot attach the cap to the pen body because of that and micheal offered to send me another one free of charge and this kind of service brought chill to my body because the level of the great customer that this company provided and I am percent satisfied customer and will buy again and again and I am a customer not just a promoter

   I love this pen! A whole different mind set comes to light when using a fountain pen. The creative juices flow with the ink. This pen is a beautiful, well crafted writing utensil. Great balance and feel. As to the customer service, it was the best I have encountered. I did develop a problem with the converter. I contacted the Dryden Design Company directly about my concern. Their response was immediate. I only needed a replacement converter but I was shipped a new set! I highly recommend this company and their products. They stand behind their products and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

   I've actually never owned a fountain pen and had just seen plenty of people talking about them online and was just intrigued by how fancy they looked. This pen looks fantastic and draws lots of questions from people. I'm not the best at calligraphy but I do enjoy just writing like normal with it. It still takes time and you will either have to buy cartridges or just use ink. I prefer drawing the ink up as it is more old fashioned, but it took some time for me to find a store that sold it because I wanted to buy it the day of instead of waiting for stuff to come in online. After a few weeks of writing it still works great although I don't use it that much

   I've waited to write this review until I had run several cartridges of ink through this lovely fountain pen. It comes in a beautiful gift box if that is your intent but I bought it for my personal use. A fountain pen is a personal totem, it speaks to you and becomes part of you and goes everywhere with you This pen is not expensive but it is valuable and a great value. This one is now a constant companion.

   I was frustrated with the amount waste associated with conventional ballpoint and gel pens (all that plastic going to the landfills), and decided to try a refillable fountain pen instead. I selected the Dryden rosewood pen, and have been delighted with the purchase! The pen is very pretty and comes in a nice wooden case. It writes smoothly, feels good in my hand (I have a small hand and the fit is perfect), and it fills very easily. I was so happy with it, that I bought a second one to use at work!
