   We were fortunate that our breeder potty trained all of the pups on this grass (or I wouldn’t know about it). At a very young age all of the pups used the grass. I bought 3 and placed one in his pen and 2 in living area. Our pup is only 8 weeks old and always goes to his grass to poop/potty. Makes it so much easier, so he is free to run around the house. If your pup has never seen the grass, rub some of the pups pee on the mat so he smells where to go. When ours is a little older, we’ll teach him to use his doggie door and place the grass outside. So easy to wash. It has 3 layers (grass, mat with holes and tray.) I take them outside every couple days and squirt dish soap on them, scrub grass with cloth and spray with the hose and set in the sun to dry, all while he’s asleep. We’re in Arizona and have a pool, so we fenced our patio off. I would highly recommend this product.

   I work 12 hour shifts so I wanted something that my dog could use that wouldn’t be the carpet in case she has an accident. She took to it right away and uses it occasionally. She usually can hold her bladder okay. My only complaint is I live in an apartment so it’s somewhat difficult to clean without access to a hose and the turf can fall off in small pieces at times. Otherwise, it would be awesome and easy to clean outside with a hose or something like that. It absorbs well and doesn’t smell.

   This product works outstanding! We have used a couple of other brands and they did not hold up and held urine in and smelled awfull. The urine goes directly through the grass and rinses out with a hose or bucket of water very good.

   I’ve bought these several times over the past year and I love them. I live in an apartment and was able to create a great indoor potty for my puppy using this turf. He’s getting better about holding it until we get outside, but the indoor potty I make with these is still great for emergencies, rainy days, or when it’s cold. HERE’S HOW: I use a cat litter box, fill it with Sophresh brand litter pellets, and lay the turf pad over it. I scoop the litter pellets every other day, and put down a clean turf pad every couple of weeks or so. These are easy to rinse out and i sun dry them on the porch. I will continue to order these.

   We bought these grass mats to potty train our French Bulldog puppy. They have been great from day one! They look different and feel different to her than her pee pads or the floor so she was able to establish them as the place we wanted her to potty from day one. I gave a 3 star for absorbency because they really aren't meant to be absorbent by themselves but if used with a pee pad they hold a day's worth of potty. I switch out the pee pads underneath daily then every few days I take the grass mats outside, hose them off, and place them in a bucket of soapy water for a few hours, rinse with a hose and then drape over a chair to dry. All the smell is gone and they look as new as the day we got them so they are holding up excellent. I HIGHLY recommend!

   My dog doesn’t mind these pads although she prefers real grass. They are handy for her in my cement back patio. She has a little dog door so she can go out when necessary. She will not do anything but tinkle on it but I am always able to take her outside for more important business. I have four of these for her now and they are used
