I got the vegetable sheet cutter for my kitchenaid mixer to try and make some healthier recipes. I love it! It connects easily to the mixer cuts the sheets at the thickness I need. I have used it to cut sheets and then make sweet potato chips and apple chips. It's also easy to clean up when finished. It's been a great way to start including some healthier items into our diet. I would highly recommend this.

Received item safely this week. Its great, the width and thickness of the zuchinni when put through the machine is just like real lasagna sheets,perfect. Only comment, not complaint just constructive for records only, generally its easy to use, with the exception of the lift up area its quite tricky and little time consuming, having said that, the final result is good, and certainly will be using often, hopefully I will come to grips on the tricky zone, trial and error is the motto. For those who cannot eat normal pasta lasagna its a wonderful item in every way.

I love using this slicer on hard vegetables such as kohlrabi, winter squash, carrots, etc. I haven't had much luck with zucchini and it's been hit or miss with cucumbers. Any dish that requires tortillas, noodles or wraps works great with sheeted veggies. I'm very happy with the sheet slicer
