I got it for bday present and i am absolutly in love. We made vegetable lasana with it. 100% keto, no pasta and it tasted amazing. you need to find big as vegetables to work this, I would really like to make the holding core smaller so you can use more of the vegetable but it is still an awesome product and I can't wait to do apple pie with sheet apples instead of slices

This takes your veggies to a whole different level! My kids did not even know they had zucchini sheets in the lasagna! Thankfully, it is easy to attach and use. I plan on using this on squash and pumpkin too! Layering veggies is a great activity to do with children because it is so fun!

My daughter-in-law is a vegetarian and the rest of us are meat eaters. When I bought this I thought it was a pretty cool idea to come up with dishes that we could make that would be something she would like. We've had so much fun! We made a lasagna with zucchini as the noodles, we've made a potato dish, and the pies are to die for. Again, not only do we now have the cool factor, it is so much fun as well. Way to go Manual Fruits Vegetable Sheet Slicer.
