We are using this for a toddler who is starting to potty train. We can attach it to his cloth diapers and potty training underwear to help let him know when he starts to pee. In general it helps him be aware that he has peed and needs changed. We use it in combination with his potty watch and keep the alarm portion in the living room where he can hear it during the day so he understands what it means when it goes off. We havent started using it at night, but it will be very helpful once he is older. I like the design and charging case, however I did have to file off the little teeth on the sensor because they were almost tearing the fabric when I put it on and took it off. With that modification it doesnt rip or tear at fabric and still stays perfectly in place.
