I used to have the best posture. It's OK now but not what it once was. I had considered a device like this before and was happy to get the opportunity to try this one out. I have been using it today while I work, standing, at my computer. Every once in awhile I feel the buzz and realize that I am slumping a little. It stops when I straighten up.

I have struggles with standing up straight most of my life. I figured it was worth a try. It does remind you to stand up straight and as long as you "listen" it's a great device. It can be a little annoying while seated at a desk and working. I should wear it more than I do, but when i do it's a great reminder and I adjust my posture.
