I have been using it daily for more than six months or so. I started slowly so I could get comfortable with it, with about a five minute use and have now progressed to 25 minutes at night before going to sleep. It's working great and I feel good after each use. For the price you can't go wrong.

I really like these sandals, but i will tell you there is an adjustment period. As a runner, my feet take a pounding and these provide just the right amount displacement pressure around my foot pad to drive away the running pain. The short story is that these sandals will hurt for the first few times you wear them so go slow, let your feet adapt. Soon you'll be craving them.

I just received my Acupressure Foot Massager Sandals and was a bit skeptical when I put them on and the pressure of the stones really hurt my feet as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. I walked around for 15 minutes as instructed and they kept hurting..........a lot, but when I took them off, my feet felt wonderful. I would highly recommend these shoes.

I slipped them on thinking, I have been in labor, I have got this! I went from the living room to the kitchen ensuring the pain. I don’t walk bare foot due to plantar fasciitis. I wasn’t sure I was going to make it back! The pain was no JOKE! After a week or so, my feet were feeling better and these slippers are not excruciating to wear. Stick to it, it gets better.
