I've had my simply fit board for a few months now. At first I didn't like it because I couldn't stay on it. So I pushed it under my dresser. But little by little, I kept trying it and now I can stay on it for 30 minutes. Mine hasn't snapped in two and the color doesn't rub off on my carpet. I use it with grip socks while watching Hallmark movies. My Apple watch thinks I'm on the elliptical. I won't tell it if you don't. And I am going to keep loving the board.

I have and still am using it for balance issues. I have epilepsy, that gets worse. Started falling every day and so many problems walking that I fell every day. Had a PT come to my house. She brought her own, and let me use it, to help me learn how to use my upper body for balance issues. The last day she came to my house was on Monday, she showed me, that she had bought it on Amazon, so I bought the same one. Still using it to strengthen my balance. It is amazing. The price is great, This is wonderful for anyone who has balance issues. There are many that are more expensive, but this one is sturdy and has the best price.

I have been using The Simply Fit Board since 2016. I use it while watching TV, holding 2lbs weights as I twist. Please read the instructions and take your time getting acquainted with the board. You may find yourself moving with the board at first, but with practice you will be able to stay in place. I recommend you get the Simply Fit Board mat to protect floors. The mat is exclusively designed for the board, so one can exercise for a long period of time without worry.
