“The Fat Cat” Cat Backpack – For Larger Cats

Our breathable cat backpack is great for larger “big boned” cats, 2 medium sized cats (yes, you can use it for two cats), or lots of kittens! All of our styles have a clip and bungee for you to attach a leash so your cat can “hang out” of the backpack!

When I got my cats I knew I wanted to take them with me as often as possible. I use my backpack to take my cats to visit my friends and family or to go on walks in the woods. The only negative is that my cats can’t share the backpack when they are all grown up which I had hoped they would. But still right now they look cute together and in the future I just have to buy another backpack so they have one each.

I have no complaints. Very well made, sturdy and safe. I am disabled and Finnigan and I are going to go for rides on my scooter together. I will wear the cat backpack on my front and resting on my lap when we go. I leave it out on the floor so he can play; jumping in and out so he gets used to it. I also leave the Cheetah Print Harness on the floor too so he can bite it and realize it is not a threat. I ordered the large harness cause he is a Rag Doll and is only 6 months old and is the size of a domestic already. This is an excellent product and well worth the money.

This is, hands down, the best cat backpack/carrier on the market. It’s strong enough to comfortably hold my nearly 20 lb rotund land whale of a kitty (don’t judge. She’s just a big gal). It’s roomy enough for her to both sit up and lay down. Another great thing worth mentioning is that this cat backpack doesn’t aggravate my fibromyalgia. The straps are padded which makes a huge difference.

This is a great backpack for my Maine coon. The ventilation is good and I like how structured the bag is. It doesn’t collapse under my heavy cat! When out at the park, the backpack also doubles as a nice hiding spot.

We knew we wanted to have a backpack to easily carry our fur babies places w us! When we did a little bit of research we knew your cat backpack was the company we need to purchase from. We have been super happy with her backpack and harness purchases. Everything is really well-made, and definitely worth the money! We own three backpacks and plan on upgrading the harnesses as they grow. Our kitties quickly adapt it to our backpacks, we leave them open on the floor so they can hop in an hour at any point in time and it makes so much more comfortable for vet appointments etc.

This backpack is AMAZING. I have two kitties, one is about 1.5 years and the other is about 5 months, and they both love this backpack. Better yet, they both fit in it! I got this originally for them to travel together with me when I fly home. They both fit comfortably. My older kitty gets stressed during travel, so I opted out of flying with both of them. But, I had 3 connecting flights during one trip and my older kitty had so much space and was more than comfortable throughout the whole trip! It fits underneath plane seats, which is something I was stressed about as well. Cannot recommend this backpack enough!
