I love this. I have paid hundreds of dollars to have treatments at a doctor's office for acne scaring. This has helped diminish pitted scars. It's not perfect but it has helped more than any cream or serum. I use it on the deepest setting because of my severe scarring. Mild bleeding can occur but, was expected since I've had these kinds of treatments at doctors offices and knew what to expect. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs to treat atrophic, pitting scars.

Oddly, the first 12 pin cartridge I tried did not go up and down --only vibrated. This made is very painful and difficult to use. I tried the 36 pin cartridge and it worked beautifully --hardly hurt at all. I don't know if the first cartridge was just defective or what...I didn't want to open another one up and contaminate it. For this reason, I'm only giving it 4 stars. After using the 36 pin cartridge, my face was red with a little pinpoint bleeding but looked fine the next day. Overall, a great product, I'm so glad I bought it. My face looks great and it will save me so much money!
