It works exactly as advertised. One thing I don’t think was mentioned in the description is that the orange depth measure is magnetically attached to the square. That eliminates most of your opportunities to lose the measure, which is great. My raised beds are super organized, which is going to result in a much better yield this year. Worth every penny.

Template is sturdy, durable and visually appealing layout! I still feel I am a novice gardener especially with multiple varieties of plants and seeds. This template will help me visualize the layout and clarity of some plants spacing that was confusing me and making it hard to get started! This product makes seed planting and spacing much easier to do. I did seed planting in half the time and it's all neat and orderly now plus I know where the sprouting seeds will come up through the soil. I had some concerns about the sturdiness of the plastic when I pushed the form into the ground. No problems, but in the future I will loosen up the top inch or two of soil before planting. I wish the planting guide would have a bigger list of vegetable and floor seeds than it did.

My husband plants our garden every year. With this product he does not have to take his tape measure out to get the proper distances between planting seeds. He also found there were some seeds that he could plant more in the square foot. The guide and the planting tool enclosed were also fantastic. It has saved him a lot of time. We are very pleased with this product. Wish we had found it sooner.

I just finished using this square to plant seeds that prefer cold weather this spring, and it helped me fill in spaces in my garden, so I could plant closer. I love the tool that holds the seeds during seeding and has measurements to 4”: it was easy to poke into the soil for the correct depth. It is easy to use with the diagram which is color coded. I will update when everything starts growing. Will use this to plant the warm weather seeds and plants in the upcoming months.
