Bought this for my spouse who suffers from sciatica. I never put much faith in most of these "As Seen on TV" things, and I would not buy it from the TV commercial because you are pretty much forced to buy two units. the fact that I was able to purchase just one unit I thought, what the heck...give it a try. He wears it all the time now, says that it really seems to help more than he would have thought possible. So, apparently some of those made for TV products actually do work. I cannot say what benefit another person might derive from it because everyone is different, and the source of their discomfort or pain may also be different, but for sciatica it does seem to be of benefit.
