This has been the best brace for my hip and back problems. In my volunteer jobs, I stand and walk a lot, which has been putting pressure on my right hip and back. Sometimes, I wear one on each leg which puts pressure on points, just below the back of the knees, that radiates to my back. I keep two on hand (inexpensive) all the time. They are comfortable and you don't notice that you wearing them..

I admit I was a little doubtful - however, two days after receiving this, I got up with the sciatic nerve pain on a day I had to work on the hard terrazzo floors all day. I was amazed that even at the end of the day I felt better than when I got up. By the time I had worn it two days in a row, the pain was gone, and has not yet recurred. Highly recommend!

Anyone troubled with sciatic pain should give this a try. I was having severe sciatica pain. I knew there was "something" available in the form of a brace that would help so I went on Internet to look for one. I found this brice, the price was certainly right so I pulled the trigger. When it arrived I put it on immediately. I felt it was just a bit small for my leg (I have thick calves) but it did fit and I was able to wear it. OMG let me tell you!! my pain was gone almost immediately. I wore the brace all day and even to bed that night. I continued to use the brace off and on for about a week until I felt I didnt need it anymore. Now I only use it if I feel sciatica pain coming on; then I put it on and the pain is gone. Im telling everyone I know about this product because it worked for me.
