This fish is super fun, durable, and great for family fun. The control is easy to use the setup is fairly easy (parents need to do this part, but older kids could help). I got one for my younger brother when he was in his late teens early 20s and it went missing, so I replaced it for him at his request this Christmas. He loves it younger family that played it loved. I intend on buying the shark for my best friend's 9 year old son. Great product.

I got this for my college-age daughter's birthday. Everyone really loved it! It is an eye-catcher, both because of the large size, and because it moves with a realistic(ish) side-to-side motion. If you want to make a "splash" (bwa-ha-ha), this is a great way to do it. We had a surprise get-together after her calc final in the lobby of her dorms, and, and this shark stole the show. Word about it spread quickly through the dorms, and people were coming down to see it and take videos. The most important part of course is that it was a huge surprise, and she really loved it!

This is a great toy and could easily be the "gift to get" for the holiday season. They are all over the internet shopping sites and will likely be everywhere soon. It's very durable once put together, stands up to significant abuse and is lots of fun to have swimming around the house. Just be very careful during the inflation step. I filled it with helium to what I thought was a good place to stop and then re-read the instructions to see if I had missed anything. Very easy to operate and the kids love it.

it's well engineered to do what it claims. The mechanism for making it dive and climb, not to mention the tail wagging, is really ingenious. It's very easy to fly too. We have a beamed ceiling and we were making it fly up and down in between the beams very quickly. I put this together first before giving it to our nephew and I can hardly wait to see his eyes open wide when this shark flies thru his living room.
