As with all similar products, this portable air conditioner is not designed to cool down an entire room or space. What it does do is make nice cool air to blow directly on you, which is much nicer than a standard desktop fan if it's generally too warm. This product does that vary well. Also, it holds more water/ice than I thought it would from the pictures.
