Already using quadlock case on mtb so made sense to set it up for my car. Prefer ram mount setup for car over the windscreen suction cup mount. Probably a bit OTT but I like a solid mount. Also does a good job of dampening engine and road vibrations.

After several experiments, this product is my favorite - it is made of aluminum, so almost unbreakable (checked in mountain bikes with jumps and everything, even if my main use is the road), allows you to place the smartphone in front of the handlebars, thus mobilizing a minimum of handlebar space. When riding, this is the ideal positioning. Perfect.

I found this mounting system to be easy to install and incredibly sturdy even with my heavy iPhone 12 Pro Max device. I installed it on my Ninebot MAX electric scooter and it fits like a glove with the included handlebar adapter. Holds my phone just where I want it without blocking the information display. And that was on the simple rubber band mounting.
