I have waited almost 4 months to write this review because like most I wasn't expecting much for the price.The reason I say this is because I've been an electrician for over 25 years, so when I saw this I was very skeptical. I bot 4 of these and put one closest to my main electrical box and the other 3 at the farthest points in my home. This month's bill dropped 30 from 95 to 65, a 30% savings, and my kwh's dropped 20%. It worked. I couldn't believe it. I've tried everything to cut my electric bill, this works best, cheap, easy, transparent.

So I purchased this item after reviewing it online. My light bill has been running 300 a month. No matter how I tried, and the adjustments the bill didn't drop. I month with this device and my bill is now 94 for the month. Just the first month but i will continue to monitor for savings. Great Value
