Honestly, I didn't expect much since it's so small but this little thing keeps my apartment bathroom and entry area free of odors coming from the other apartments coming up through the drain/sewer. I bought one to clean air in my van after a 4 day road trip with smelly dog. It worked so well I bought 2 more for the house and one for my truck. After visiting patient who smoked (both tobacco and pot) my clothes would reek. With the air freshener in place the odowas gone within a half hour.

They seem to be working well, we have them in areas that have had issues with smells. We have noticed that it has helped with that. I tried to time the cycle and have noticed that it does time out for a short time, and then goes back to work. I have one in the bathroom, I plug it into the bottom outlet and the night light plugs into the top.. it seems to work out well. It hangs downward, in my bathroom, I keep it in a bottom outlet. I am chemically sensitive, so I can not use air fresheners, or things with heavy fragrances. We are happy with this product.
