Bought this for my teenage son who has severe acne as well as to try on myself. It does work but you must follow the directions specifically! For my son (who has TONS of blackheads) we get lots of "wormies". For myself (large pores but I do not wear make up so few blackheads) I hardly ever get any "wormies". Follow the directions for shaking the can and how to expell the product, and you will see the resulting debris. And we have already noticed an improvement in his blacheads after only 4 days.
