   For the money, you cannot find a better deal for 6 mini flashlights. On top of being compact...for smaller areas to illuminate, they have leds that are really bright. Many uses for these lights, and aluminum for strength. Nice variety of colors, too. AAA++++

   I keep one of these by my bed so That I can see when I get up in the middle of the night. A couple of my elderly friends have fallen trying to get to the bathroom in the night, I gave each of them one of these flashlights and they loI put one in my purse to see the keyhole at night . They are just really nice for so many occasions where you need a little light.

   These flashlights have a high quality appearance and perform great. Having 9 LED bulbs instead of the usual 6 provides a much brighter light. I purchased 6 packages for a total of 36 flashlights. Each one worked perfectly for 100% performance score. (Some reviews stated that several flashlights were defective; is it possible the battery pack was inserted backwards?) The flashlights were given as Father’s Day gifts for all the men in our neighborhood. The feedback received was all positive; the men think the flashlights are handy and quite useful.

   All these little flashlights seem to die early at my house. The contact points in the plastic casings for the AAA batteries corrode and the thing stops working unless I beat on it or beat something else with it until it flickers on and then sometimes not even then. So I have instituted a new policy: we will no longer store them standing up on their lenses. Instead we must lay them flat. My theory is that the heat generated at the backs of the bulbs stays in contact with the cold metal contact ponts on the battery compartment and through that the battery itself and at that contact point condensation is created. Condensation dries and becomes crud. Crud rusts and creates dirty contacts. So.. I'm laying them down from now on after using them. I'll be curious to see if these behave better in the future. Please wish me luck!
