I recommend using wrap paper instead of parchment paper..parchment kept ripping and the kibbeh doesn’t come out as smooth..so use wrapping paper..

When you adjust the kibbeh make it as balls and put it in each section then press it..this way it takes the shape faster.

When u take it out close the edged with some water.

I made 5 lb of kibbeh dough it made 50 pieces in this tool.
