I had low expectations for this device. When I got it I looked on YouTube to see how to use it. The easiest way to use it if you have difficult areas to remove skin tags is to have a second person help you. I must say this thing worked awesome. I had 14 skin tags that I needed to get rid of and all of them are gone now. I think the trick with skin tags is to use a pair of tweezers and pull them away, put it on a higher power and go to town on it. Don't be a baby because it will sting a little bit because it actually burns them off but you can get through it.

After researching and reading reviews about various skin tag removal products I chose it. So pleased that I did. I actually have two skin tags but chose to work on only one just to see how it all worked out. We followed the directions EXACTLY as instructed and the look and feel of my neck was just as explained. It took three days before the scar fell off. I’m pleased and will definitely use this product again. So happy that I took my time to find a great product, something that would have taken hundreds of dollars by way of a dermatologist.

Surprisingly, this pen left a deep impression on me. When I wear a necklace, it gets stuck on the black mole on my neck, which is embarrassing and affects my overall beauty. Glad I received this thing. The work is great! I don't need anesthetic cream, but it depends on your pain threshold. I usually choose setting 9, which works very well. I used to remove the flat moles on my neck. It will fall off naturally within 5 days after use. It will be a little vibrating, maybe someone will feel a little pain when using it, but I can bear it, so this is not a problem. I will definitely recommend this product.

I have arm moles that I've always hated. They're only slightly raised, so I wasn't sure this would work. Sure enough, this pulled them out. I'm still in the healing phase, and honestly dealing with the scabs and dry skin is really annoying/inconvenient so I would only use this if you REALLY hate the mole. But it worked for me! I used it on three moles
