    I have a KitchenAid 7quart mixer that has a bowl lifter. This means that the top cannot be pushed out when adding ingredients to the bowl, which often results in half of the ingredients missing from the bowl and spilling over the counter. Very frustrating! But now that I have this pour shield, I can slide ingredients right into the center of the bowl and nothing goes to waste. It fits over the mixing bowl perfectly, is made from sturdy plastic and is extremely easy to clean. It's a handy thing to have for all my Christmas baked goods!

    I was making my wife use a piece of cardboard duct taped the the mixing bowl for years as she slaved away making my biscuits, then I saw this beauty and wow!     I've received my KitchenAid mixer as a wedding present 20+ years ago... why, oh, why did I wait this long to purchase one of these?!? It clicks onto the bowl so easily and keeps my counter (and clothing) clean from flour sprays, etc. I would highly recommend and would give six stars if I could. It is technically dishwasher-safe but was so easy to wipe down, it was clean, dried and put away in seconds.
