The diopter you choose is on the lens’s bottom, the middle is for progressive, the top is 0+.3.

Usually it takes a week to get used to wearing it. If you feel dizzys you should walk slowly
Since the two sides of the lens are astigmatic distorted areas, it is necessary to turn the neck and the eyeball at the sametime to see both sides.
When going downstairs, the glasses should be taken as low as possible to use the top area to see.

Love these glasses. They do not have to be babied to be kept safe. Only reason I ever replace them is because I tend to scratch them by not taking care to protect the lens. ( always get small scratch in center of lens) it’s infuriating to have a perfectly good pair glasses with the tiniest scratch in the center of the lens and they become useless, maybe somebody they will offer replacement lens.

These are great and look stylish (according to me). Only negative is the fishing line type lens support that runs from the frame under each lens. It doesn't take much force to snap it off at the frame connection. If you're gentle with them they will last quite a while. If you fall asleep wearing them you risk waking up with one of the lenses missing and the frame broken.
