I really like this cheese slicer. It's smooth chrome handle is comfortable to hold and use, and the position of the roller is easily adjusted to vary the thickness of slices. I like that it comes with two extra cutting wires, too. It doesn't specifically state if it is dishwasher safe, but I ran it through a cycles and it came out just fine. . I like this slicer and highly recommend it.

Nice heavy configuration, seems sturdy. Comes with two spare cords. I ordered this as a replacement for a German made slicer I've been using for a few years that eventually broke. I love that this one has the ability to replace a broken cord and it's adjustable- I happen to like the thick slices but the rest of our house prefers the thinner ones. We have cheese almost every day so I'll be sure to test this out and I'll update if this isn't as sure as it looks.

This cheese slice will help fulfill all your cheese slicing needs. From thin slices to thick slices. This mower has you covered. This cheese slicer is also very easy to disassemble for easy cleaning. In addition, comes with two additional cutting cords for replacement. I've had this slicer for over 4 months and use it regularly. I haven't changed the wire yet. I just hand wash this slicer. So I don't know how it will hold up in the dishwasher. So far this cheese slicer is working very well.
