   I bought this pillow to ease my lower back pain when I sleep on my back. I have a curve in my lower lumbar and there is a space just under my waist that isn’t supported when I lie on my back, which hurts. This pillow however has significantly reduced the pain I feel when I sleep as it gives support to the curve in my spine. The pain I used to feel without this pillow is now non-existent on some mornings. It takes some getting used to though, eg. Knowing exactly where along your spine feels comfortable to place the pillow. Even when turning on my side at night, the pillow offers excellent support.

   The pillow has helped reduce my lower back pain by a noticeable amount - and when it comes to sciatica pain, every little bit counts. Granted, there's a little bit of a learning curve as you need to figure out exactly what positioning works best for you. Initially, it was a small difference but after about a week's worth of usage I'm actually able to get out of bed without having to contort myself.

   I love this pillow. It's great for so many thing, but for my purposes, I use it to straighten my back at night (per my chiropractor's instructions). I'm a side sleeper, and I have a curve in my spine, so I needed something to tuck under my rib cage at night so that when I roll over onto my right side, it would support my problem area. The longer shape of this helps it stay grounded and in place, so when I do roll over, it doesn't move too much, and is always about right where I need it.

   Love this!! I have adhesive archnoditis and a spine from hell. I’ve had 2 fusions and I’ll try anything for a minute more of sleep. This is a great addition to my large collection of support pillows! It is a bit softer then I thought it would be but I still really like it!

   Soo the first night I used this thing I thought it made my back worse. Don’t necessarily use it like in the photos advertised. Use it wherever you have your gap and angle the pillow underneath you. BIG DIFFERENCE I started angling and moving it as I sleep and it relieves so much tension. I only need it some nights now.

   Love it! Got it because I lay on my side a lot to breastfeed my son at night. My hips were sore so this helped distribute my weight a little better and I'm not sore anymore! It's the perfect height. My only minor complaint is that it's a little too long, so when I switch sides I have to pull it one way or the other so it's not throwing off my son's alignment.
