Person I elected to removing it and using just the one piece! I recommend it and encourages buys to try it during naps for couple night before full night usage. The spine is delicate structure and as a result extra precautions are highly recommended

The pillow seems to be of good quality, it did its job and kept me from developing lower back pain when I spend too much time in bed due to a recent medical procedure. For me, I would like it to be a little stiffer, it compresses almost flat but, as I mentioned, it did keep me from developing lower back pain but I would prefer a little more support for my taste. Overall a great product, stays in place during the night and does what it’s supposed to.

I was a little unsure when I first ordered the pillow, but I figured that I needed to upgrade over the folded up towel I had been using. I've been impressed so far with the comfort of this lumbar pillow. It certainly helps me sleep and relieves the pain associated with a couple herniated discs. I use it while laying on my back and also while on my side, and it seems to work well. I've been trying to talk my wife into getting one for her back.
