Really works!! First try was a good crepe and better from there. Just dip the cake, wait a second or two, flip the crepe over if you want more done, or place on a plate to keep until ready to fill. I see one side as a lot but the other may disagree. I wish they had included a dough recipe but the internet offers a lot. Heats up fast and stays hot. Cleaning is very easy except on the powdery dripped sides. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with my new device.

To be honest, I was very skeptical about this product. I just can't imagine that it will work as advertised. I was proven wrong! I followed Alton Brown's crepe making and wrapping instructions (from the food website). The crepe maker heats up almost instantly and I can make crepes within minutes. The crepe dough sticks perfectly to the pan and comes out of it without a problem. It actually worked well and was so fast that my husband and I couldn't make it in time and eat them!
