Instructions:

Place the device in your mouth, it should rest between your front teeth and the lips. The protruding bulb is outside of your mouth.
The side with the small cut on the dive should go to the bottom side of the mouth.
Squeeze the bulb to let out air.
Place your tongue in the tube and release the bulb. This creates suction vacuum and your tongue attaches to the bulb area of the device.

As a lady, to be told you snore is so embarassing and worried me if I meet a nice man they will be put off. Got an app that records your night noise and was horrified how loud I was, so gave this a try. Bit strange first few nights, and you dont have to squeeze all air out as it makes tongue numb, just enough to hold in place and after a few trys you get used to the feeling.
