Even if the door stop slips with it set on the highest sensitivity level the alarm will sound. It can be very loud when having it on the highest noise level. Sure to wake any drunk up!

This thing on low is LOUD I put it into the High setting and lightly tapped it and decided the low setting is enough. If you are a hard sleeper or in a suite then use the high setting. Good investment for traveling.
