   As with any whitening product, there will definitely be some tooth sensitivity. Brushing my teeth with sensodyne and only using the strips maybe once a week solves that problem.Aside from that, these things are amazing. The picture I included was right before and right after one of the one hour treatments. I highly recommend! I will definitely keep using these, since I will always have a problem with things that yellow my teeth (coffee, tea, wine, etc.)

   I am so happy I bought this product. I did a professional whitening treatment with my dentist 3 years ago, and my teeth were already getting dark by now.I knew that the darkness was all external stains due to coffee, food, etc. And these stains are exactly the ones this product promisses to clean. Turns out that it works amazingly! The picture shows the before treatment, and how my teeth look after 5 strips (half box). I am taking pictures in the exact same room, position and time everytime to get pictures as similar as possible and really see the results. I love it so far!
   
   I have been following the instructions precisely, and doing the treatment once a day. I did not get any teeth sensitivity, but my gums do suffer a little after use (as in any whittening treatment). Btw, this is why I have been doing it once a day - to give them time torecover.Inn sum, I love it.

   I usually have really sensitive teeth. I remember years ago when I got my teeth professionally whitened, I had to pull over on the drive home because they hurt so bad. I was worried these might trigger some sensitivity again but I'm on day 5 of using these and so far so good!! I started with the two 1 hour ones and have been using the normal ones the rest of the days and I'm noticing a difference! It lifts the stains gradually so don't expect to have have blinding white teeth after the first use but my teeth looks amazing at day 5 and I hope they will continue to get brighter. They are a little hard to put on...I have to wipe my teeth dry with a washcloth or paper towel beforehand otherwise the saliva doesn't allow them to stick and it becomes a mess. I've also been using a blue light I had from a previous whiting kit and don't know if that actually does anything or not, but something is working, so...I'll keep using it.
