I am in love with this car seat. My 4.3 lbs Yorkshire terrier has a long back for his size (8 in.) and it fits him perfectly. I can clip his harness so I don’t have to worry about him falling out. It’s also nicely padded and I love how I can unclip the top for him to rest his head on it. My baby Joey approves.

There are straps on the bottom, thick and sturdy. The walls of the booster are thick and padded, also sturdy. I took it out of the box and showed it to my cat (it's for her) and she hopped right into it and took a nap. Soft material obviously from the photo the cat approves. The pillow comes out if you have a larger animal. There is a small leash/tether inside so you can fasten it to your pet's harness or collar.

I have a Honda and my husband a Kia and out cat likes to stand on the console in each. The basket fits both. Now while we drive she will have her own seat.
