Got this silly looking hat today, and immediately put it on. It was a chilly day today, so right off the truck the hat was nice and cold. Wow! that instant chill to my head was absolutely amazing! I covered my eyes, made sure the back covered the top of my neck, and sat there in complete happiness. I see this benefiting sinus pressure as well as headache/migraine.

I get headaches and migraines quite often and had one the day this came. I was amazed how it worked! I just put it in the fridge for a few minutes and it stays cool for a long time. The pressure and cold was such a relief! I love that it covers your eyes too. I put this on and took a nap woke up and headache was so much better! I would definitely recommend this!

I have suffered from migraines for years. This is a gel filled mask. I like that you can keep it in the refrigerator and have it handy. It provides cool pressure and darkness and covers your entire head. Some other mask only cover part of your head but this one has full cranial coverage. This works much better than a wet towel or ice pack.

While it does say to put in the freezer I found that it felt pretty cool as is, but if ever really need it cold I like that ill be able to. The pressure really helps with those sinus areas.
