Small disadvantage to the TRX: there are no markings (short, medium, long) on the loops as with the TRX. However, these are not absolutely necessary, but would have been very practical for orientation. Every now and then I miss this during training (was I particularly strong / flabby during an exercise, or is the band length just set differently than before?). This could be added later with a touch-up pen / adhesive tape or something similar.

I became aware of the tire through a good friend who also uses it.In order to lose weight effectively on the stomach, currently unable to visit the gym due to Corona, I decided on the hula method.The training is very comfortable due to the thick foam padding.I haven't seen any blue marks on my stomach so far.Due to the wave-like shape, there is also a massage effect that is supposed to promote blood circulation in the stomach.The tire can be dismantled into 8 parts, making it practical for on the go.3 different sizes can be created in order to be able to adapt the training as best as possible.Video and pictures attached.

This hula hoop is made of plastic. The assembly with 8 parts is very easy, but with 7 parts it was quite difficult because you need more strength. It's a bit wobbly to use, but still quite sturdy. After a week and daily use, I can confirm that the quality is acceptable to good.

This hula hoop is very beautiful. I saw it instantly on the page, and the logistics was delivered quickly. I didn’t wait too long. After unpacking it, I easily spliced it together. It turned great. I turned it around for a while. My belly heats up and I think it has an effect, although this is only the first time I use it, I will continue to use it afterwards until my lower abdomen becomes flat.

I make decision to change the situation and control my weight when I find my original clothes can not fit in.
