   It shoots and reels in just fine. However, we were never actually able to get the suction cup to stick to anything although the magnets do work well on magnetic items. It's a nice addition to my son's superhero suit.

   Bought for my three year old son and he was immediately stoked to play with it. We brought it to the pool and to my surprise it worked well. He’s a small 3 1/2 year old and he was able to pretty easily use shooter (with a little help putting it on). The only downside was after a little use the tubes that push the air to the water got a little pinched and needed to be manipulated to get it to work it’s best. Aside from that, fun gift idea but I wouldn’t expect it to last too long.
