    I have to say that this is a life savor. I was keeping my wife up and we had to sleep in different rooms. I was skeptical but this worked since the first night. It is a little uncomfortable especially at first. I wouldn't say it's conpletely comfortable even after you are used to it but its worth the slight discomfort you might have when you wake up.

    My snoring had been increasing for several months, keeping my wife awake; it got to the point where it was starting to wake me up, and leaving me fatigued during the day. I tried a couple of other items (chin straps, nasal strips), but little worked. I finally purchased this item, and I haven't have any snoring since. It takes two or three weeks to get used to the mouthpiece, but when you sleep throught the night, you'll be happy.

    I have spent the last few years buying every anti snoring device known to man so that I could actually get more than 3 hours of sleep per night due to my husbands snoring, from pillows to a sleep apnea machine ( neither were comfortable for my husband) and NOTHING has worked until I purchased this simple MOUTH GUARD! I really only bought it because it was so cheap and thought well what do I have to lose? IT WORKS SO GOOD!!!! My husband was actually QUIET, and COMFORTABLE!!! Im still in shock!
