I took some time to use before writing my review because I wanted to see how this worked for me. Right away I noticed I felt better the next day from waking up throughout the day - I guess I didn't realize I wasn't getting enough air at night. My girlfriend noticed the difference in my snoring. I really like how much more focused I feel the next day.

The Anti Snoring Device by my Sleeping Solution really did a great job on helping me breathe easier. I usually have trouble at night getting a good nights rest but the strap was just the right size and extremely comfortable. As for snoring, i was told that they couldn't hear a single snore the whole night. Please give this a try if you have any problems sleeping and breathing!

First off, I received the product a day earlier than I had anticipated! I gave this product to my Father (my mom isn't a fan of his obnoxious snoring) and she said it helped him immensely. It opened up his breathing airway and they both got a great nights sleep. I highly recommend this to anyone that struggles with or has someone close to them that struggles with being a loud snorer.

I got this to stop snoring and to get my wife to stop waking me up because I snore. My ENT said because I switch from nose to mouth breathing when I sleep there was nothing he could do except for me try one of these devices. A few things to keep in mind I have a slight over bite. I drink alcohol about every night which my ENT said "that is not helping". Ive already had my dieavated septum corrected 8 years ago. With this device I can still enjoy my adult beverages each night. They say to expect 1 to 2 weeks to get used to the device. It only took about 2 days for me to get used to it, It doesn't bother me at all. You will notice your tongue will be more forward in your mouth which is what you want. I haven't snored since I have been using this device. I have had this device for 3 months now and use it every night. My wife says all she can here is my breathing which is good. I will say this because I have a slight overbite my teeth are still a little tingly in the morning because my top teeth are holding the bottom teeth and Jaw forward all night, the tingling does go away a few minutes after I remove the device. The device is comfortable and doesn't bother me when I'm sleeping. Actually I sleep better and longer and dont get woken up by my wife anymore. Its really easy to mold this device. it's designed to fit snugly to your teeth so when you mold this device for the first time it's important to keep your teeth still so the device cant fall out of your mouth when you sleep. I have never had the device fall out while sleeping. I highly suggest reading all the directions first before you start the process and follow them to a T.

It works. Period. It certainly has maintained peace in my house. Yes, you will probably have to sleep on your side, which makes one less prone to snoring. But this thing works. I’ve been using it for about ten years and will continue to do so.
