Just finished retiling my fireplace with rought cut stone veener tiling. Needed something to be able to cut my baseboard to match the uneven texture of the stone. It was the last part needed to finish of my living room remodel. As soon as it arrived, I put it to work, and it did a fine job. My only concern is the very small allen wrench needed to tighten the fins. On board storage would be nice so it doesn't get lost in my shed disaster.

I am going to like not having to measure all the different angles of wood. I can just push it up against the area I need to make the cuts, set it ,trace it ,then cut to fit. Easy Peasy! I told my daughter n laws father about this device and he admitted he had one and used it when he had tougher angles to measure and wanted to speed up his job.

Used this to measure a wall for cutting tile. Works pretty well and is really easy to use. The only small complaint I have is that you have to micromanage the teeth a bit to make them sit flush and it can be a problem if you aren’t paying attention but overall it’s better than the old fashioned way. You can butt it up against another piece to get the correct depth also which is great.
