I have tried many cushions to help ease lower back pain and was skeptical about this one and price is steep. However, I now own two as well as the lumbar pillow. The seat cushion forms to your bottom and helps take pressure off your tailbone. It is a little thicker and if you are short you may have some issues with your feet on the floor. Being tall, I don't have that problem and the seat will form to my legs/chair. I carry it to others homes so I can sit longer on dinning chairs especially. I have another on a computer chair and am able to sit a little longer with not as much pain as before. Note on the lumbar pillow... it is a little stiff for my liking and doesn't conform as much as I would like. However, it does help keep your posture while sitting in a chair. Overall, I like the seat cushion and would buy more when needed even given the price.

So I bought this chair and I'm really excited about it because it's super cute, but I've got chronic back problems that my doctor is still trying to figure out. I can't sit in any chair without feeling uncomfortable right away. This cushion is a game changer. This is the first time I feel less back pain when sitting. Overall it's pretty good

My mother is in hospice and feels most comfortable in her recliner. Without this mattress, she would have had terrible sores. She had sores before we had this mattress. And once we started using it, they were gone. We are also using Calmoseptine cream. But I highly recommend this mattress. Creams are very good at healing open wounds. However I rate 3 stars for delivery time because it is very much needed for my mother. But it took 2 weeks
