Last time tried to use a circular saw (regular size) I almost cut my foot off. That was two years ago and I was traumatized. I love diy stuff and want to build my own shelves and tiny cabin in the back of my house. I’m also about a 100lbs and this saw is perfect. Be sure to buy a saw table or clamps to secure the wood. I am on my way to building my own cabin :)

I totally concur with their comments and findings - this is definitely better than a full size circular saw for cutting boards. The guide at the front enables precise cutting; it's positioned in the centre of the blade so, if using the 2mm wide saw, you have to add on 1mm.

Has a dust extraction hose that can fit a vaccum/collector to protect health from inhaling wood dust.
