I used this product to quit smoking. I had tried other methods, like nicotine gum, nicotine patches, and hypnotherapy, and this is the only method that actually helped me to become a non-smoker. I had smoked for over 30 years and it was the hardest habit to quit. It took a few tries, ( that's why the instructions say to keep for future use), but it worked. I just had to remember to rub my ear when I had an urge to smoke and the urge actually went away. One thing that I realized is that I had to be serious about wanting to quit. Thanks to Zero-smoke, I am now smoke-free!

I highly recommend this product my dad started smoking when he was 10yrs old he is now 53 yrs old and I purchased this for him and 4 of his friends and they all stopped smoking it leaves a metallic taste in your mouth like you put pennies in your mouth and after about day 2 the urges slow down my dad is 1 month free of smoking please if you want to stop smoking this is it.

The second day I wear it on my ear, to say that I do not want to smoke at all, then hardly. I also pasted the patch from smoking, the parcels came together. The patch waits and smells of clove, the magnet presses the ear. At the same time I decided to sleep with a magnet, I woke up in pain... I did. I do not know if magnetic or some impulses will help, but what it distracts attention is for sure. I also want to believe in the power of suggestion.
