I love this heater! Although, I don't really have another to compare it to. This one is great, it does warm the immediate area and that is perfect for me. The seller is GREAT at customer service. I had a very, very minor problem and the seller was in touch with me and solved the problem within 24 hours. I may buy another from them I am so impressed with this one.

I won't bore you with the details, but during assembly - at step #2 - SOMEONE who shall remain nameless fell upon and bent the base plate. I was skeptical of reaching out to the company since it was a hotmail address (!?) but I did and about 10 days later, a replacement part arrived on my doorstep without charge. I call that excellent customer service. We're planning Thanksgiving outside around this heater - and I couldn't be more pleased. It's great looking and provides the heat it is created to provide!

We love this heater! Keeps our patio nice and toasty, while we are outside watching TV. My husband is a big guy and maneuvers the heater with no issues. It is a little tougher for me to move since I am much shorter, but I can move it. The cover is included, which is great! Instructions are step by step and actually had all of the hardware included. Would buy again if needed another one. Enjoy!

It seems like it isn’t working but when I read how to light it I haven’t had one issue since! It’s aesthetically such a nice addition to our deck and super warm!
