How to Use:

Step 1: Cleaning the Tailpipe

Step 2: Sliding the Tip On

Step 3: Bolt-On/Weld the Tip

For 3.5 Inch Outlet with a pipe diameter of 60 mm-63mm (2.36-2.5 Inch Inlet )
Try to slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe. You will probably meet some resistance, so use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces if necessary.
Finish the installation according to the specific fastener style you chose.
Make sure your tailpipe is at room temperature. Clean off the tailpipe and exhaust tip with penetrating oil and a shop rag.

This Exhaust tip is very high quality heavy stainless and the carbon fiber is highly polished. Fits on Honda CRV's 2012-2018 where the outlet is 2.85". The stock exhaust outlet turns downward and will look bad with any straight tip as it will not be level with the bumper.. You must cut off the downward curve for the tip to come out straight from below the bumper. You may need to weld a small piece of straight pipe to get the exact length you want. If that's the case you are better off also tack welding the tip too.These really look good if done properly. If this is too much trouble you can buy an OEM Honda tip that is angled to come out level. Their price is high and not anything special in looks or quality.

Can't beat the price. I cut off the inlet end altogether and had a buddy weld it to my 2020 Chevy Colorado with the 4 cyl engine. It doesn't make it louder, just changes the sound. Think of it like yelling through a cardboard toilet paper roll. It's a slightly more aggressive pitch, and creates what I would call a sort of "duck call" effect, this kind of growling or deep raspy sound you might hear from a dirtbike

I had to cut my exhaust pipe about a foot shorter to keep it away from new aftermarket shocks and suspension upgrades on my Jeep TJ. This tio was an excellent fit and with the set screws an easy install. I sanded and welded it to prevent it from falling off while hitting hard trails and bunps in the road and it looks great hiding behind the suspension underneath my Jeep. Looks really good for those that look close enough to see it and I get a lot of compliments on it. I waited to review it to see how well the paint held up after some use and it looks as of nothing has been affected at all after about 1000 miles running through it. Great product for a great price! Highly recommend if you want a tough looking tip.
