How to Use:

Step 1: Cleaning the Tailpipe

Step 2: Sliding the Tip On

Step 3: Bolt-On/Weld the Tip

For 3.5 Inch Outlet with a pipe diameter of 60 mm-63mm (2.36-2.5 Inch Inlet )
Try to slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe. You will probably meet some resistance, so use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces if necessary.
Finish the installation according to the specific fastener style you chose.
Make sure your tailpipe is at room temperature. Clean off the tailpipe and exhaust tip with penetrating oil and a shop rag.

I bought this for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Limited. I had to cut off the expanded section of exhaust on the truck and slip this tip over the pipe without the clamps provided to make it fit. A local auto shop welded it for me. Looks great sticking out just behind the right rear wheel and is holding up well. Still looks new.
