    This is a great kitchen grill! I regularly enjoy Kalbi (Korean-style grilled short ribs) and this grill makes it possible for me to make Kalbi whenever I like without the fuss of the outdoors. A bit skeptical at first (I just can't imagine it generating the high heat needed to grill), my first attempts resulted in the meat TOO HARD! I now use it with the same sense of time as an outdoor charcoal grill. With the stove burner set to moderate heat, it can grill meat in just a few minutes. Don't worry about cleaning. The surface is not really "non-stick". How can it be at such a high temperature? Scrape the surface the same way you would an outdoor grill. It cleans well, although it does appear stained or pitted. Similar to your outdoor grill. I think it works better when using.

    Works really well on an electric stove too! We saw these at a craft expo for $30 and was impressed with the demonstration from the chef and the variety of foods he could cook (frozen and fresh). Love that Amazon had this for around $9. We love to cook and grill and this was a great addition to our kitchen gadgets. the food prepared was excellent and juicy!
