The aquarium has 18 LEDs (six each of red, blue, and green) that automatically change color, causing both jellyfish to “react” by glowing yellow, purple, aquamarine, blue, and red as they float within gentle currents generated by the unit’s silent, integrated motor

Manual color selection enables one color display. Set upon a bookshelf, tabletop, or desk, the aquarium plugs via USB or 3 AA batteries; automatically turns off after four hours. You receive 2 silicone jellyfish in each order.

This is a stunning display for any room. Very soothing and adds the perfect ambient light. My only problem is the water gets cloudish when you don’t change it. We’ve used distilled water and tap - the distilled kept it clear for longer.

I have this aquarium in my bedroom. For any sleepless nights just watching my jellyfish float freely about in the aquarium is mesmerizing and relaxing. I have added three other plastic floating fish of colors that adds more action in my aquarium. You will definitely enjoy this wonderful aquarium!

We've had it for about 2 months now and so far so good! The colors are vibrant and it's fun for the whole family to watch the "jellyfish" swim around. It's very quiet and requires no maintenance (at least so far). Just don't put too much dish soap or the water will get cloudy, 2 or 3 quick drops is all you need. We definitely recommend it!

Saw this at a museum gift shop with my niece and she said she wanted it. Well you know those gift shops and their prices ... so I saw this one here with the best reviews and it didn't seem too "cheap" to be lame so I got it for a 6 yr old kid for his birthday. He loved it. His older 8 yr old brother saw it set up and sheepishly asked me for one for his upcoming bday! So I know my niece will definitely like it for her upcoming bday! Very easy to set up and the jelly fish look great under the changing lights. I'm about to buy myself one!

I'm in love with this tank, it's so soothing and calming. Definitely helps when I have a stressful week at work to just lay with my music and watch these lifelike jellyfish dance and play with each other. Takes my mind off everything for a minute. Very quiet motor and easy to put together, using a straw to remove the air bubbles from the jellyfish was a very helpful tip included in the instructions, well worth the money!

Just got mine. Went for the big one, as it got better reviews than did the smaller models. Setup was easy and now our new pets are "swimming" around. I had planned to take it in to school and put it on my desk, but I've got it set up at my house right now and I'm re-thinking that idea. I don't want the students zoning out to them. So far well worth the money. Hypnotic. My first "Lava Lamp," and I came of age in the mid 60's when everyone had them. Somehow I missed out then (had the rock and roll records, the paisley shirts, the wide wale cords, the drugs and the waterbed, but no lamp) Well, I still have the rock and roll (on CDs and FLAC files) and a lamp. Better late than never..
