Love, love, love these!!!!! They are so easy to get out, the key is to not overfill the cube past the top of the tray. If you fill the water to just slightly below the edges, they pop out easily when frozen. They work so well and melt so slowly!! I use them in the summer in a white wine tumbler so they don't water down my white wine or rose. The wine was refrigerated to start with and cold, so the one ice cube lasted almost 2 hours and into my third glass of wine. My kid uses them in a glass of cold water and they last forever in there too!

I've received so many compliments on how classy my whiskey and scotch glasses present during get-togethers with friends since using these ice trays. Whiskey hasn't changed, glasses haven't changed, so it must be the ice! You can get about 3 pours off the same cube when drinking at a casual pace. The surface area of the cube provides just enough branch water for each shot, at least for my taste. The trays themselves seem pretty rugged. I have to get pretty physical with them to get the ice out, but the tray retains it's shape and I haven't noticed any damage to their integrity.

This is an edited review. Initially I was having issues getting consistent results in the commercial freezer at my bar. Apparently there was just a learning curve adjusting from a home freezer to a much colder restaurant freezer. After a couple of weeks of trial and error, we’ve hit on the right combination of time and location to yield consistent clear ice cubes. If you’re using this in a bar/restaurant heavy duty freezer, you’ll need to place the molds as far away from the blower as possible. Check your ice at the twelve hour mark. For us, fifteen to sixteen hours has been the sweet spot. After the owner of the company saw my initial review, he emailed me to try and help figure out a solution to our problem. He was very involved, and even went so far as to put together a double insulated foam box to see if that would help. That’s some great customer service

I used the ice cubes for bourbon drinks when I had friends over. They were a big hit, and the drinks stayed cold so much longer without getting diluted. What needs to be stressed is the slowness of putting the rubber forms into the water container so that the forms are completely filled. Also, don’t be afraid to use your muscles to get the rubber form out while bending the end to 90 degrees. I made several sets of cubes and put them in freezer zip loc bags but saved one set so that my friends could be amazed when they saw them come out. 🧊

I have been trying to make clear ice cubes for my cocktails at home for several months. Everything failed. These molds work with any water. Wether it's tap, bottled or distilled I had very similar results and all fat better than the extravagant effort I went through on my own. I have recommended these to all of my friends

My date was so impressed with the Ice Spheres that we transitioned to holding hands. I order the "Ice Cubes" for the next series of dates. The drinks kept cold the whole evening. It reduced my trips to the ice buckets and allowed more Eye-Contact with the girl i had with me. What made it alluring to my date was the fact that it took time to create these crystal-clear spheres for the drinks. I truly am grateful for your product. I will make sure and order more for my adult sons and daughter so that they can make awesome drinks for their loved ones or dates too. They really set the tone for a prolonged and successful evening.!!
