I bought this for my father who has been complaining of knee pain a lot more as he grows older. This vibrates, produces heat, and has a timer setting. He uses this every weekend in 30 minutes increments a day and says that it has help his knees a lot.

I am so very pleased with this product. My mother with the blessing of ALMIGHTY turned 65 today. This I gave her as a gift.she used it thrice today morning,afternoon and night for 30 minutes each process. And she was telling me how she feels her pain got better . The heat and massage are a great combination. Being that it has rechargeable batteries she is able to walk around and is no longer confined to the sofa. Recommend for anyone wit knee pain.

The vibrations are everything! When you strap it on, the cushions are pretty comfy. It gives you sort of a jolt when you turn it on though. It startled me when I first used it. I use whenever I am chilling in my favorite chair. Didn't stop the pain though, Advil took care of that lol!
