    Since the gyms are closed and not sure when they will reopen, I decided to add one of these pieces of equipment to my temporary home gym collection for the time being. pandemic when I saw it on TrabyHand. I have to say this is definitely worth it considering how many different exercises you can do if you're creative.     Bought this product to get a good workout in at home. I like this product in comparison to the spring loaded bars because you can target more muscle groups. There are a bunch of different exercises you can do to target the different muscles and there is a manual included that shows you the variations of exercise. This is a great alternative to dumbbells for a good bicep pump. I tend to get bored easily working out from home but this keeps me occupied.

    I have a number of different chest workout devices of this source, and I particularly like this one. It doesn't post the risk of "snapping back" on you, like some chest resistance equipment does, and it can be used for arm exercises also. It's pretty well made, should last for a year or two at least in terms of current levels of resistance. It's also at a good price point for equipment of this nature.
